Our client was a single mother of two who tripped and fell on debris that was left on the floor of a large retail store. She suffered a knee injury, which developed into a more serious medical condition; Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD). Her pain was so unbearable that she had to undergo a surgical procedure to insert a spinal cord stimulator.
