Yanely Perez is the Director of Pre-suit Legal Operations at Darrigo & Diaz and an experienced Florida registered paralegal. She manages the pre-litigation case pipeline from intake to settlement. Yanely has been part of our firm for over 15 years, and is a true legal professional who values the importance of our role in guiding clients step-by-step through their legal journeys.

Working with our personal injury legal team, Yanely enjoys being able to make a difference in victims’ lives by sharing her legal knowledge and experience. She is driven by the philosophy of always putting clients first and remembering that she is not just handling a case, but also clients’ futures.

Having come from an immigrant family and immigrating to the U.S. at the age of 15, Yanely has shown a passion for challenging herself. Since joining our firm, she has assisted our attorneys and Partners handling a high volume of cases and obtaining substantial settlements for clients in pre-litigation. When not on the job, Yanely enjoys spending time with her children, traveling, and salsa dancing.
