Legal Assistant

Erika Arrieta serves as a legal assistant for our pre-suit department at Darrigo & Diaz. She assists the team with preparing legal documents, managing cases, organizing files, and communication with insurance companies.

Erika uses her experience in client service and legal assisting to aid our team in obtaining quality results for anyone seeking legal aid. She has been with our team since 2023.

According to her, collaborating to help others in distressing times, such as unjustly sustaining an injury of being in a motor vehicle accident, provides her with fulfilment. When assisting the legal team with any duty, Erika puts great care and effort forward because she understands there is no small task when it comes to helping our clients. The client is always her top priority. In her free time she enjoys reading and painting.
