Legal Assistant/Scheduling Coordinator

Jennifer Battaglia has been a member of Darrigo & Diaz since 2016 when she started as the firm’s mail clerk. She progressed into a valued legal assistant opening and maintaining litigation files, requesting records, and assisting with our client’s personal injury protection benefits. Jennifer is also the scheduling coordinator where she schedules all depositions, mediations, hearings, trials, as well as doctor conferences. She enjoys working in litigation and preparing our cases for trial.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, binge-watching her favorite shows, reading, cooking, and eating out.
