Ron Darrigo Is Granted Certification as a Florida Circuit Court Mediator
We are very proud to announce that our founding partner, Attorney Ronald Darrigo, has become certified as a Florida Circuit Court Mediator and will be providing Mediation services for lawyers and insurance adjusters at the Darrigo & Diaz office on North Armenia Blvd. in Tampa.
Darrigo’s expert understanding of many facets of Florida Law, along with his authoritative yet calm demeanor, make him an ideal neutral and trusted mediator for reaching effective resolutions to today’s challenging legal conflicts. The Supreme Court of Florida, through the Florida Dispute Resolution Center (DRC), offers certification for mediators in the areas of county court, family, circuit court, dependency and appellate cases. This new certification allows Mr. Darrigo to function as a civil mediator offering litigants court-connected opportunities to resolve their disputes without judicial intervention.
In addition to completing the requirements for the certification, Attorney Darrigo has decades of experience in the civil ligation field taking part in numerous meditations throughout his career, and granting him with sufficient knowledge and legal expertise about mediation proceedings. With over 30 years of legal experience, Attorney Darrigo’s experience includes representing those that have been injured as a result of third parties negligence. He has defended insurance companies/ manufactures against personal injury. He has handled wrongful death claims and defended criminal suspects charged with misdemeanors and felonies.
Darrigo’s legal expertise and impeccable career record are validated by a considerable list of professional associations and memberships. Attorney Darrigo is a member of the Florida and also the Hillsborough County Bar Association as well as the Middle District Court of Florida. He is also a member of the Section of Trial Practice and the Section of Trial Lawyers. Although he specializes in civil litigation, Mr. Darrigo currently practices criminal, personal injury, and insurance law at his Tampa office.
Ronald Darrigo is a graduate of Stetson University College of Law (1986). He started practicing law as Assistant State Attorney until 1992 when he became a partner at a local defense law firm until 1999. That year, he decided to join Tampa lawyer, Nadine Diaz while opening their own practice.
