Case Manager/Client Liaison

Sabrina Guzman is a case manager/client liaison at our Personal Injury firm. In her role, Sabrina serves as the link between the firm’s legal team and our clients, ensuring seamless communication and efficient case management. She is the primary point of contact for clients, providing compassionate support, answering inquiries, and keeping them informed about the progress of their cases. She also coordinates with attorneys, organizes case files, and gathers essential documentation, including medical records and insurance claims. Sabrina understands every client is different and strives to highlight the characteristics that make each case unique. For this reason, she dedicates so much of her time to speak with clients and goes above and beyond to understand their needs in order to facilitate their legal process.

Prior to joining our firm, Sabrina worked in the news business as a TV Producer. Her experience as a multimedia journalist trained her to ask all the right questions and piece information together, skills she now uses to build demands. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications and Broadcast News from the University of South Florida and hopes to one day become a lawyer herself.

As an immigrant, born and raised in Havana, Cuba, Sabrina is very passionate about helping others navigate the challenges of the legal system while obtaining the best possible outcome. As a true Caribbean, Sabrina is an avid water sports enthusiast and spends most of her free time out on the ocean. Reading, dancing, watching soccer and playing with her husky Dobby, are also some of her favorite activities.
