Once 3-5 business days have passed since your accident, you may go to the Temple Terrace Police Department Records Unit in person to obtain your copy of the Police Report. A letter of request for your Police Accident Report may be made in writing if you are an involved party and not able to come into the department.

If your request is within the first 60 days of the date of the accident, you must include: a copy of your driver’s license to verify your identity and involvement in the accident, your case number, your notarized Sworn Statement, a check in the amount of $2.00 (payable to Temple Terrace Police Department) and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the following address:
